Traditionally made in a clay amphorae. Light lemon with intense flowery aromas combined with those of fresh peaches, apricots and some notes of fennel and basil. Refreshing acidity that pleasently balances with the sweet sensation given by the residual sugars. Delicate, light, tasteful with a long aftertaste. Pairs well with fruits, ice creams, sorbet and creamy sweets.
